Responsibilities

• Analyze diverse data sources to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement analytical frameworks and financial or operational models.
• Create data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and requirements.
• Monitor business performance against goals and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 8 to 14 years of experience in a business analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in data analysis and statistical techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Experience developing financial and operational models and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, or computer science.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake or data lake environments.
