You will act as a Business Systems Analyst with a technical focus to support Core Host Data Conversion programs and customer account migrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and solutions to ensure data integrity within the application.
• Minimize application customization while adhering to regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Lead business and technical focused meetings.
• Manage data files and libraries using mainframe tools to support conversion activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of in-depth, hands-on FIS Systematics experience (specifically RM/Relationship Management and DEPOSTI modules).
• Technical proficiency in mainframe tools including TSO/ISPF, SDSF, and File-Aid for viewing data files and mapping to copy books.
• Ability to read and modify Easytrieve report code to create ad-hoc reports, summaries, and delimited output files.
• Experience submitting and following through with JCL jobs.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including complex formatting in Word and data manipulation in Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience working within remote teams and remote deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FDIC and regulatory reporting.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot tables), PowerPoint, or Visio.
