This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Model business processes and translate requirements into system specifications.
• Support system testing and validate solutions against business needs.
• Communicate complex technical details clearly to non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 2–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and WMS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Familiarity with Scrum Master practices.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge of ERP or WMS systems.
