Description

You will lead the design and implementation of the ODF Hub SharePoint Online site.

Responsibilities

• Build a SharePoint Online site architecture featuring a main home page, 5-7 subject groups, and 30 department/program pages.
• Configure standard templates to ensure consistent branding and compliance with state accessibility requirements without using custom code.
• Design a security layout managing view-only rights for all staff, administrator configurations, and file upload rights for page owners.
• Implement metadata structures for all uploaded documents, including date created, author, date modified, department, and category.
• Develop documentation for all security configurations and "how to" guides for new pages and groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems or SharePoint implementation.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online site configuration and architecture.
• Experience implementing metadata schemas (date created, author, date modified, department, category).
• Proven ability to meet state accessibility requirements within SharePoint environments.
• Knowledge of security permission modeling and user access configurations.
• Experience setting up news feeds and social media integration within SharePoint.
• Ability to deliver standard template-based solutions without custom code.
