Description

You will act as a business analyst for projects involving critical data processing systems, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business and technical requirements to guide technical teams.
• Create user interface mockups, storyboards, wireframes, and screen designs.
• Analyze complex business processes and workflows to propose operational improvements.
• Execute software testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Write instruction manuals and provide system training to end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI design, including creating wireframes, storyboards, and screen mockups.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Visio for system flows and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience working within a structured SDLC methodology.
• 5+ years of experience in testing, training, and user support.
• 5+ years of experience gathering data via interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience documenting use cases, interfaces, and business rules.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent study.
