Description

You will develop and maintain core business systems supporting insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance product requests and system incidents to determine feasibility, impact, and next steps.
• Develop functional specifications and document user stories and technical requirements.
• Design, document, and execute test cases, including automated and manual testing.
• Develop code, tables, and configure software matching designed approaches.
• Assist with troubleshooting, customer support, and validation of production fixes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business support operations within property and casualty insurance.
• Translate user stories and system specifications into technical specifications and test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile processes and understanding of Agile development.
• Ability to facilitate teams and lead decision-making processes.
• Basic understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools.
• Experience writing functional specifications.
