Description

Lead requirements engineering and systems analysis for complex subsystems and vehicle interactions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, track, and validate goals and KPIs.
• Translate high-level product goals into detailed system and subsystem requirements.
• Generate and maintain interface control documents defining subsystem and vehicle interactions.
• Specify functional and non-functional requirements in comprehensive subsystem specification documents.
• Analyze the impact of changing stakeholder requirements on existing system architectures.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of direct experience in requirements elicitation and generation.
• Proven track record in the product development lifecycle for complex systems or subsystems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong ability to produce detailed interface control documents and specification documents.
• Experience analyzing the impact of requirement changes on system integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in autonomous systems or robotics.
