Description

Manage the configuration, optimization, and technical support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user issues and troubleshoot technical problems within Business Central.
• Configure, customize, and update the system to meet business requirements.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits and data-related issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting, and user guides.
• Coordinate system implementations, migrations, and upgrades alongside cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a business systems support role.
• Direct experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience developing reports within Business Central.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with CMMS platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Background working in a manufacturing environment.
