Description

You will bridge business needs and technical implementation for AML monitoring solutions. You translate business specifications into functional requirements, use cases, and system specifications. You design and execute functional test cases for business users. You analyze incoming and processed data to identify flow insights, gaps, and process improvements. You collaborate with architects to align data storage and transformation with established standards. You define the functional and technical implementation of AML typologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business specifications into functional requirements, use cases, and system specifications.
• Design and execute functional test cases on behalf of business users.
• Perform data analysis on incoming and processed data to identify flow insights and process improvements.
• Collaborate with architects to align data storage and transformation with established standards.
• Define the functional and technical implementation of AML typologies.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of IT experience.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Hive and PySpark for Big Data platforms.
• Experience with AML monitoring solutions and data mapping.
• Background in data modeling activities.
• Experience building solutions and reusable components on Big Data platforms.
• Proven ability to document requirement traceability matrices and functional designs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technology delivery organizations supporting AML monitoring.
