Description

Analyzes business processes and systems to identify gaps, root causes, and inefficiencies while supporting full lifecycle testing and requirements documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and systems to identify pain points, gaps, and root causes of issues.
• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements to ensure alignment with technical and operational needs.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to validate issues, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Support system testing activities including UAT, integration testing, and functional testing to validate fixes.
• Create clear documentation including process flows, system diagrams, and issue logs, and translate technical issues into executive summaries.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional, Data, or Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering and deployment support.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook).
• Proven experience performing system validation and supporting testing to ensure solutions meet documented requirements.
• Ability to document business requirements, process flows, and system documentation with high accuracy.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments, including change control, application development, and release management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey technical and business information clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience including project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
