Description

You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), managing order management issues, system improvements, and incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve MES-related incidents and troubleshoot manufacturing application issues, including quality management tools.
• Analyze production data and existing processes to identify pain points and implement system improvements.
• Configure Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production setups using Rockwell FTPC to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Collaborate with MFG IT, Production Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and SAP/PLM teams to support plant commissioning and system launches.
• Document technical issues, create troubleshooting training materials, and maintain comprehensive support documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical analysis or MES integration.
• Hands-on expertise with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Proficiency with SAP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Experience using Boomi for integrations.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Rockwell FTPC for production setup configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to perform on-site client meetings for complex problem diagnosis.
• Experience investigating recurring problems to implement permanent solutions or automation.
