Description

You will manage critical telephony infrastructure and provide onsite hardware support for Avaya, SPOK, and Market Spark equipment across hospitals and physician offices. Your primary focus is troubleshooting, cabling re-mapping, and ensuring reliable communication systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain telephony hardware, including telephones, pagers, servers, and cabling infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical telephony issues with minimal public-facing interaction.
• Provide onsite support in hospital closets and behind-the-scenes environments.
• Support after-hours on-call coverage as required.
• Travel to additional sites within a 50-mile radius as needed.

Required Skills

• 1-5 years of telephone deployment and technical support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Avaya, SPOK, and Market Spark equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and handle cabling tasks.
• Professional demeanor suitable for healthcare environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
