Description

You will design, develop, and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions, including cubes, rules, Turbo Integrator processes, and PAW dashboards. You own the full software development lifecycle, from translating business requirements into scalable models to testing, deployment, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain TM1 cubes, rules, TI processes, and PAW dashboards.
• Analyze existing TM1 applications and execute migration strategies with data integration and security enhancements.
• Build and test ETL processes to integrate diverse data sources into the TM1 environment.
• Optimize TM1 models for performance and scalability while managing SDLC tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues during and post-migration to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 development.
• Hands-on expertise with TM1 Architect, Turbo Integrator, rules, cube design, and chore configuration.
• Proven experience developing interactive dashboards and reports in IBM Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW).
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases for integration with TM1 models.
• Solid understanding of security administration at TM1 cube, dimension, and process levels.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to model complex financial and operational business processes in TM1.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TM1 REST API or scripting languages like Python for automation.
• Knowledge of TM1 Performance Modeler and administering TM1/Planning Analytics.
