Description

Manage client engagements and drive HR process improvements and transitions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Update HR process documentation, including process maps and procedures, within defined timeframes using support tools.
• Clarify HR policies and procedures for stakeholders.
• Execute assigned process segments following established methodology and transition plans.
• Organize knowledge sharing sessions across internal and cross-functional teams.
• Solve complex business problems using established methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation or HR process management.
• Deep process knowledge in employee helpdesk, workforce administration, or employee data administration.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, relocations, and separations.
• Hands-on experience with system data entry in Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, or SuccessFactors.
• Strong project management skills applied within a corporate environment.
• Proven client management and team management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree.
• English proficiency at CEFRL C1 level or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ServiceNow.
