Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare business processes and recommend strategic improvements.
• Define data integration strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Develop ROI-based business cases for analytics initiatives.
• Lead client workshops, planning sessions, and requirement discussions.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and support implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of consulting experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences.
• Veeva Safety certification with at least one implementation.
• Strong understanding of business transformation and process optimization.
• Experience in data integration and analytics.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards, specifically HIPAA.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and client communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Watson Health solutions.
• Exposure to cognitive technologies and AI in healthcare.
