Design, develop, and maintain TM1 cubes, rules, Turbo Integrator (TI) processes, chores, and PAW dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable TM1 models and PAW solutions. Perform detailed analysis of existing TM1 applications and develop migration strategy including data integration and security enhancements. Develop and test ETL processes integrating various data sources into the TM1 environment. Provide expertise in optimizing TM1 models for improved performance and scalability. Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including testing, deployment, documentation, and version control. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and post-migration to ensure business continuity. Mentor junior developers and provide knowledge sharing on TM1 best practices, PAW usage, and migration challenges. Work in Agile teams, participate in sprint planning, status reporting, and continuous improvement practices. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 development. Strong hands-on expertise with TM1 Architect, Turbo Integrator processes, rules, cube design, and chore configuration. Proven experience with IBM Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) for developing interactive dashboards and reports. Experience migrating and upgrading TM1 solutions and working knowledge of Planning Analytics on Cloud is a plus. Proficient in SQL and relational databases for integration with TM1 models. Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data and model business processes in TM1. Solid understanding of security administration at TM1 cube, dimension, and process levels. Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence). Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, technical teams, and external vendors. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TM1 REST API or scripting languages like Python for automation. Knowledge of TM1 Performance Modeler and Administering TM1/Planning Analytics. Prior experience in migration projects or upgrades within financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
