Description

You will design, develop, and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions, including cubes, rules, Turbo Integrator (TI) processes, and PAW dashboards. You will own the full SDLC for TM1 applications, from initial analysis and migration strategy to testing, deployment, and version control. Your work will involve translating business requirements into scalable models and optimizing performance for improved scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain TM1 cubes, rules, TI processes, and PAW dashboards.
• Analyze existing applications and execute migration strategies with data integration and security enhancements.
• Build and test ETL processes to integrate diverse data sources into the TM1 environment.
• Optimize TM1 models for performance and manage deployment, documentation, and version control.
• Troubleshoot post-migration issues and mentor junior developers on best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 development.
• Hands-on expertise with TM1 Architect, Turbo Integrator, rules, cube design, and chore configuration.
• Proven experience developing interactive dashboards and reports in IBM Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW).
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases for TM1 integration.
• Strong understanding of TM1 security administration at cube, dimension, and process levels.
• Experience migrating and upgrading TM1 solutions, including Planning Analytics on Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TM1 REST API or Python for automation.
• Knowledge of TM1 Performance Modeler and prior migration projects in financial planning.
