Description

You will manage the end-to-end False-Hit Mitigation Rule life cycle within a financial sanctions screening environment. You will own the implementation of these systems, ensuring rules meet regulatory and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Write, tune, test, and implement False-Hit Mitigation Rules.
• Manage end-to-end implementations for sanctions screening systems.
• Execute scoping, requirements gathering, and testing activities.
• Analyze and document the feasibility of mitigation rules.
• Evaluate rule suitability for financial transaction monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a data or business analysis role.
• Direct experience with the False-Hit Mitigation Rule life cycle.
• Proficiency with the FircoSoft Utilities Suite.
• Deep knowledge of financial transaction types including SWIFT MT, SWIFT MX, FED Wires, and CHIPS.
• Experience in sanctions screening system implementation.
• Ability to scope and document technical requirements.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience analyzing and documenting rule feasibility.
• Advanced understanding of rule suitability in compliance workflows.
