Analyze complex requirements, troubleshoot production failures, and drive data-informed decisions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex requirements by reading STTMs and applying knowledge to troubleshoot production failures.
• Propose and implement solutions to resolve analyzed data issues.
• Write SQL scripts to correct data and coordinate delivery with technical teams.
• Verify data changes and certify corrections after implementation.
• Articulate technology solutions to stakeholders, integrating process, business rules, and data to meet business needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business/Data Analysis experience.
• Advanced SQL skills; experience with Oracle Database preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Mart concepts.
• Experience using Toad to compare data across various sources.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing resources and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
