Own quantitative analysis to drive strategy, growth, and engagement across large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run quantitative analyses on large datasets to provide actionable business insights.
• Act as the analytical lead on group projects, partnering with teams to define, execute, and optimize core business models.
• Plan, execute, and analyze tests to improve user engagement.
• Build automated tools and visualizations to promote awareness of key metrics.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in quantitative analysis on large datasets.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as industrial engineering, finance, statistics, or economics.
• Strong understanding of relational databases.
• Ability to learn coding languages quickly.
• Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.
• Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate across different interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SQL or Python.
• Experience using Tableau or Power BI.
