You will bridge the gap between financial business stakeholders and technical development teams to deliver data products, warehouses, and marts.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify functional and technical requirements for financial data sets, ensuring sign-offs on specifications.
• Perform data analysis, lineage, and profiling from source systems to repositories, mapping data to target structures.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions, guiding offshore development resources and providing functional guidance.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and create reports using BI tools, interpreting data to support financial and economic principles.
• Manage project workflows using Agile concepts and Azure DevOps, ensuring process orientation throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data projects, implementing data warehouses or marts.
• Proficient in PL/SQL: reading data models, inferring data flows, and writing complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, or Tableau.
• Strong background in finance, treasury, or accounting concepts, including reconciliations and general accounting procedures.
• Experience with middle and back office functions of financial organizations.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with business users and IT teams.
