Description

Bridge business strategy and technical execution for the Aptio initiative through enterprise architecture and process transformation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream mapping, process analysis, and transformation initiatives across the IT organization.
• Build and maintain Enterprise Process Management (EPM) practices to align business and technology solutions.
• Facilitate alignment between business and technology partners to ensure transformation programs meet design expectations.
• Drive discussions with technical staff regarding software code standards, patterns, and practices.
• Plan IT roadmaps and drive horizontal organizational alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technical consulting.
• Deep understanding of datacenter migration to cloud environments.
• Knowledge of high availability technical requirements and networking.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and software development pipelines.
• Competency in business process mapping and value stream mapping.
• Understanding of RedHat environments and infrastructure patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to converse effectively with senior leaders and highly technical leads.
