You will manage the intersection of business requirements and quality assurance for web and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and process flows by translating input from diverse user groups into functional documentation and storyboards.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, epics, user stories, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, app development, backend, CMS, and testing teams to ensure design and development alignment.
• Develop testing strategies, plans, and test cases based on wireframes and functional requirements.
• Execute end-to-end functional, cross-browser, and mobile device testing to ensure usability, accessibility, and integrity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business or QA Analyst.
• Full SDLC experience including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to write SQL queries to compile data and generate reports.
• Experience with end-to-end testing of interactive web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in documenting technical functionality for stakeholder approval.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying layout, usability, and functionality issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with SMEs, vendors, and end users.
