Description

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and validation for enterprise utility systems while driving testing strategy and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews, producing BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze and validate requirements for clarity, completeness, and testability, breaking down epics into actionable features.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability within the TCoE framework and support test planning, execution, and defect triage.
• Partner with project teams on release planning, risk assessment, and go-live readiness, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and drive consensus across Business, IT, QA, and Operations teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM for test management and tracking.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and verification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Utility Domain Experience in at least one: OMS, OUA, GIS, AMI, CC&B, or IBM Maximo.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE), and workflow modeling.
• Ability to apply design thinking principles to improve solution quality and requirements definition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Generative AI for requirements analysis, test case generation, or automation.
• Certifications: IIBA-CBAP, IIBA-CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
