You will lead ServiceNow modernization initiatives, ensuring successful module transitions and workflow optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital enablement activities, defining and executing resources to support platform adoption.
• Coordinate with technical, product, risk, legal, and security teams to align on platform transformation.
• Design and implement training programs tailored to ServiceNow modules and new digital workflows.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to promote awareness across user groups.

Required Skills

• Minimum five years of experience in digital enablement, organizational change management, or technology adoption.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Proven experience leading modernization or migration efforts within large enterprise environments.
• Ability to create compelling communications and educational content for diverse audiences.
• Project management experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
