Lead ServiceNow modernization and digital enablement initiatives, driving platform adoption across enterprise workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow modernization efforts, ensuring successful transition of modules and workflows.
• Define and execute resources for digital enablement, supporting broad platform adoption.
• Coordinate with technical, product, risk, legal, and security teams to align on platform transformation.
• Design and implement training programs tailored to ServiceNow modules and new digital workflows.
• Develop communication strategies to promote awareness and adoption across user groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital enablement, organizational change management, or technology adoption.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Knowledge, and Request/Workflow Management.
• Proven track record leading modernization or migration efforts in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to create compelling communications and educational content for diverse audiences.
• Project management experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow fulfillment processes.
• Background in cross-functional stakeholder management.
