Description

Manage supply planning operations using the BY SCPO platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex support issues within the supply chain environment.
• Manage prioritized changes from design through deployment, including effective testing.
• Support ESP, Fulfillment, and Sequencing modules.
• Interact with business stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.
• Work a schedule that overlaps with Hershey business hours.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional experience.
• Strong expertise with the BY SCPO platform.
• Hands-on experience with JDA Supply Planning.
• Functional experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Windows Scripting.
• Experience with ESP, Fulfillment, and Sequencing modules.

Preferred Skills

• SAP knowledge.
