Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the development team through technical direction and hands-on coding.
• Own architectural decisions and take full responsibility for technical outcomes.
• Challenge client requirements when necessary to ensure the integrity of the technical solution.
• Optimize system performance and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in C++.
• Strong experience working in Linux environments.
• Proficiency with Oracle DB.
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of HE DIS rules, NCQA, and HCC measurements.
• Extensive experience within the healthcare domain.
