Description

You will design, develop, and deploy CRM solutions, including entities, forms, workflows, and dashboards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy CRM solutions, entities, forms, workflows, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, logic flow, data, and system configuration issues.
• Collaborate with organizational units to prepare functional specifications for customization changes.
• Maintain technical documentation including flow and process diagrams.
• Participate in design and code reviews, sprint sessions, and release planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET 4.5, and SQL.
• Strong experience with REST Web APIs.
• Hands-on experience developing, testing, and implementing APIs between CRM and ERP systems.
• Experience with Azure.
• Experience with CRM/ERP environments such as MS Dynamics (Version 8.2 on-premise), Salesforce, Sugar, or SAP.
• Knowledge of SDLDC, design patterns, and code versioning tools like Azure DevOps or Git.
• Understanding of SSRS and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with integrations from outside systems, specifically SAP ERP.
• Experience working within global environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically with Dynamics SAP or Salesforce integrations.
