Description

Develop and maintain software applications by transitioning MATLAB code to C++ within an agile environment.

7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer on programs of similar scope and complexity. Advanced proficiency in C++ and MATLAB. Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or 4 years of additional software engineering experience in lieu of a degree. Experience integrating software into new or modified operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate system requirements into software design and performance specifications.
• Design, code, and implement new features or modify existing systems to improve performance.
• Debug software to identify and correct defects.
• Develop and implement algorithms to meet system performance and functional standards.
• Collaborate with domain experts and engineers to derive requirements and understand project constraints.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience on complex programs.
• Advanced proficiency in C++.
• Advanced proficiency in MATLAB.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience integrating software into new or modified operating environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or experience in signal processing or signal analysis.
• System Administration skills, including patching and updating systems in response to scans and vulnerabilities.
