Description

You will develop, test, and maintain software applications using C++ and Python within a client-server architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop program logic for new applications and modify existing logic based on technical design and coding standards.
• Code, test, debug, document, and implement software applications.
• Define and execute comprehensive unit test cases to verify feature accuracy in desktop and development environments.
• Document code changes and unit test results using the SDF framework to maintain an audit trail.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with C++ and Python.
• Experience developing multi-threaded applications.
• Experience with Unix environments, design patterns, and complex architectures.
• Proficiency with debugging and profiling tools.
• Experience building client-server architectures using TCP/IP and multicast messaging.
• Knowledge of FPML, FIX, TOF, and SWIFT protocols.
• Functional knowledge of asset classes and the trade life cycle.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of MSSQL Server.
