You will design and implement major architectural improvements to the C++ Computer Vision library, driving technical leadership and modernization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architectural improvements to the C++ Computer Vision library.
• Drive technical decisions for library modernization, scalability, and performance.
• Lead implementation of critical algorithms and optimization initiatives.
• Develop solutions for code quality, maintainability, and developer experience.
• Mentor engineers on technical challenges and drive adoption of modern C++ practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of modern C++.
• Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
• Strong understanding of Computer Vision and Machine Learning algorithms.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems.
• Cross-platform experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac.
• Experience with performance optimization and profiling.
• Background in building maintainable, well-tested software components.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving adoption of modern C++ practices in existing codebases.
• Background in technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
