Role Overview
We are looking for experienced C++ Application Developers with strong expertise in modern C++ development, Linux environments, and scalable application systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in debugging complex applications, working with legacy codebases, and building high-performance systems.

Core Technical Skills
Strong expertise in C++ with 6–9 years of development experience.
Hands-on experience with modern C++ concepts, including:

STL
Memory Management
Multithreading
Object-Oriented Design
Design Patterns

Strong Linux development experience, including builds, shell usage, and troubleshooting.
Proven experience in debugging complex systems using GDB.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Experience working with cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Hands-on experience with GitHub (source control, pull requests, code reviews).
Experience using Jira for issue tracking and sprint management.
Ability to work with large legacy codebases.
Experience in ETL process development and orchestration (e.g., Airflow).
Experience working with scalable databases (Oracle preferred).
Additional / Supporting Skills
Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with high-availability, high-throughput, or low-latency systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
Ability to work as a Senior Individual Contributor with strong ownership and accountability.
