Develop, maintain, and debug medium complexity applications, owning the full systems analysis, design, and implementation lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and perform systems analysis to design medium complexity applications.
• Prepare detailed program specifications for coding, configuration, testing, and debugging.
• Design, code, configure, and document application programs following technical specifications.
• Integrate IT activities with business needs to support successful project implementation and production support.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert technical knowledge in C++.
• Experience with GIS and Oracle technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of systems development life cycle and methodologies.
• Ability to express medium complexity technical concepts in business terms.
• Proven ability to work effectively on cross-functional project teams.
