Description

You will develop, maintain, and optimize core payment processing systems. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design algorithms and build new software programs based on defined requirements.
• Identify end-user specifications by collaborating with management, departments, and customers.
• Test, deploy, and troubleshoot applications, debugging and improving existing software.
• Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ programming language.
• Deep knowledge of payments applications and transactional systems.
• Strong experience in banking or processing back-office environments.
• High proficiency with ISO 8583 standards.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database and Linux.
• Proficiency in Java or Angular.
• Advanced/fluent Spanish and advanced reading, writing, and listening English.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge in FIS applications: IST Switch, Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator.
