Description

Develop, debug, and test embedded firmware for various projects while managing release processes and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and test embedded firmware code for new system elements and existing processes.
• Manage and maintain firmware build tools, release processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Recreate and fix technical problems reported by the test team using strong analytical methods.
• Perform unit testing and provide technical customer support for firmware issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on embedded firmware development.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Bash scripting.
• Strong experience in Systems Management (BMC) or embedded processors.
• Proficiency with Git source version control.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience building and testing automation tools for infrastructure provisioning.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of I2C and IPMI protocols.
• Experience with Linux operating systems, Linux kernel programming, and Linux driver development.
