Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer to join a high-performing engineering team supporting performance-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern C/C++ development, multithreading, and Linux environments, along with a solid foundation in algorithms and system-level programming.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in C and C++ development
• Strong object-oriented design and programming skills
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory management
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with debugging and tuning low-latency or performance-critical applications
• Familiarity with build tools such as Make and CMake
• Ability to write unit tests and participate in code reviews
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with embedded systems or real-time applications
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, sockets)
• Experience with IPC mechanisms (shared memory, message queues)
• Scripting experience (Python, Shell)
• Exposure to Docker or containerized environments
