Description

Develop and support Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions through the full software lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, prototyping, development, and testing for new software features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to identify and deliver functionalities.
• Apply a shift-left approach to test engineering to ensure software quality.
• Contribute to the evolution of the software ecosystem and provide product support.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.
• Strong experience with the .NET framework.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS 3, SVG, WCF, and JSON.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries such as React, Knockout, Angular, Ember, Backbone, or Vue.
• Hands-on experience with design patterns and unit testing.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and ASP.
