Description

Develop low-level software and firmware solutions using C++ and graphics programming techniques.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-level interfaces and drivers for hardware components.
• Develop firmware applications including bootstrapping, board bringup, and over-the-air updates.
• Participate in design and code reviews for software and firmware teams.
• Apply test-driven development approaches within CI/CD pipeline workflows.
• Optimize software performance using specialized optimization tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming with C++, C#, or Python.
• Strong proficiency in C or similar low-level programming languages.
• Experience with graphics or GPU programming using OpenGL or DirectX.
• Knowledge of software/hardware interfaces using SoC development toolchains.
• Experience with Embedded Linux development environments.
• Ability to develop low-level drivers for protocols such as SPI and I2C.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline development and TDD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with low-level firmware application development and board bringup.
• Exposure to firmware update mechanisms and OTA processes.
