Description

You will design and develop software modules and libraries for semiconductor etch tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for next-generation etch tools and complex modules.
• Troubleshoot software issues by analyzing, designing, and implementing defect fixes.
• Write technical documentation including design documents and bug fix reports.
• Use C/C++ static analysis tools to improve codebase quality.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C and C++ (C++98 and Modern C++).
• Experience with real-time embedded systems and multi-threaded software.
• Experience using Visual Studio and Git.
• Experience in industrial control system automation.
• Knowledge of real-time control or motion control.
• Experience with embedded programming involving synchronous and asynchronous I/O.
• Background in performance profiling.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience in C#, .NET, or Python.
• Experience with gRPC, REST, or TCP sockets.
• Familiarity with Matlab.
