Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment.

• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews to enforce quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Deep understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Extensive experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
