Design, develop, and support software systems while providing technical guidance to customers and junior team members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and install programs based on detailed input/output and hardware requirements.
• Analyze system factors, information flow, and alternative technical approaches to validate problem management proposals.
• Interface with stakeholders to provide cost/benefit justifications and recommend best practice system solutions.
• Mentor less senior colleagues and lead design review meetings for small to medium complexity projects.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ programming.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with BitBucket.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Experience with unit testing.
• Strong system design and documentation skills.
