Description

Design, develop, and implement IoT-connected Linux applications for food and beverage equipment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead application implementation to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Design and maintain applications using Python, C++, and the Qt/QML framework.
• Integrate applications with the Linux operating system using system libraries, APIs, and services.
• Resolve complex technical issues to ensure performance and stability.
• Develop technical documentation including design specifications and software requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++11 (or later) and Python.
• In-depth knowledge of the Linux operating system, including system administration and shell scripting.
• Expertise in Qt and QML for GUI development.
• Experience with network communication standards: BSD sockets, HTTP, JSON, XML, and MQTT.
• Proficiency with GitLab and JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with build systems using Docker and CMake.
