Description

You will develop and lead technical efforts on complex telecommunication software, owning the architecture and design of voice and video handling components.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications within Unified Communications.
• Implement and maintain product features for large-scale telecom applications.
• Lead the technical team through complex product development cycles.
• Own the architecture and design of voice and video handling components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall development experience, including 4+ years as a Technical Lead.
• Strong development experience in Unified Communications and Video Communication.
• Hands-on experience with Telecom protocols: VoIP, SIP, RTP, H.264, OPUS, WebRTC.
• Proficiency in C++, C, Shell Scripting, and Python.
• Solid knowledge of Linux fundamentals.
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, Postgres SQL).
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with Call Control/Signaling and Media handling for voice/video.
