Description

Develop embedded firmware for ARM and Renesas microcontrollers on RTOS or Linux platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement networking protocol stacks including IPv6, DHCP, TCP, and UDP.
• Build RF communication stacks using IEEE802.15.4, Zigbee, or LoRa.
• Integrate open-source protocols such as CoAP, MQTT, and wireless security.
• Manage hardware communication via SPI, UART, and I2C interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software or firmware development.
• Proficiency in Embedded C or C++.
• Hands-on experience with ARM or Renesas microcontrollers.
• Experience working with RTOS or Linux environments.
• Knowledge of networking and RF communication protocols.
• Experience with SPI, UART, and I2C communication protocols.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with metering protocols like DLMS, COSEM, or ANSI.
• Scripting experience using Python, Perl, Bash, or TCL.
• Knowledge of Linux internals, system programming, board bring up, and debugging.
