Description

Lead the design, implementation, and debugging of Windows-platform software features and system architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and debug new and existing product features for Windows-based hardware and software.
• Develop system architectures and technical requirements (TSSR) for complex development projects.
• Identify and implement reusable software components and strategic technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve system-related defects, providing technical leadership for development teams.
• Conduct technical investigations, feasibility studies, and prototyping to improve product stability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in software design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for product development.
• Embedded systems knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 registry and Windows internals.
• Working knowledge of Windows Installer technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, VBScript, InstallShield, Batch, and Powershell.
• Understanding of IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• MCITP, MCSE, MCSA, or MCDST vendor engineer level certifications.
