Description

You will design, build, and maintain low-level software for embedded devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and develop embedded software solutions.
• Develop device drivers and manage Linux subsystems.
• Implement inter-process communications (IPC) and remote procedure calls (RPC).
• Manage the C++ build process and optimize memory and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and write unit tests to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proficiency in C and modern C++ (C++11, C++14, or C++17).
• Hands-on experience with embedded Linux or QNX.
• Strong knowledge of POSIX-based systems and Board Support Packages (BSP).
• Deep understanding of multithreading and algorithms.
• Experience with memory and performance profiling tools.
• Familiarity with client-server, peer-to-peer, and publish/subscribe paradigms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IP-based protocols including HTTP, TLS, REST, Websockets, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with Protobufs, Flatbuffers, RTP, RTSP, or HLS.
