Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced C# Full Stack Developer with strong backend engineering expertise and hands-on experience with .NET technologies, Angular, cloud platforms, and event-driven architectures. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on backend development, troubleshooting, application performance, and building reliable, scalable software solutions.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with technical leads and solution architects on application design, development, and troubleshooting. We are looking for a proactive software engineer with strong problem-solving and communication skills who is interested in long-term career growth toward a senior engineering or architecture role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• Develop and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Build and support event-driven architectures and service-based applications.
• Develop and maintain frontend components using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Work with Azure Cosmos DB and other database technologies to support application functionality.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and scalability in cloud-based environments.
• Collaborate with technical leads and architects on software design, implementation, and technical improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Follow secure coding practices and established software engineering standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, product, and other engineering stakeholders.
• Proactively identify technical issues, recommend improvements, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of professional software engineering or full stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• Strong backend development expertise, with approximately 85% backend and 15% frontend responsibilities.
• Experience developing web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and modern web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging, and service-based applications.
• Familiarity with Azure Cosmos DB and database integration.
• Cloud awareness and practical experience troubleshooting applications in cloud environments.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical leads and architects.
• Proactive mindset, initiative, accountability, and interest in long-term professional growth.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Lewisville, Texas.
• Must be eligible to work on W2; US Citizen and Green Card candidates are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with unit testing, automated testing, and test-driven development.
• Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, and production support.
• Experience collaborating with architects and contributing to technical design decisions
