You will design, implement, and support manufacturing solutions leveraging C# and .NET within an industrial context.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development efforts for Siemens Opcenter Execution, maintaining a strategic view of the system.
• Analyze business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, translating goals into technical solutions.
• Design and implement MES work, ensuring timely completion and thorough documentation of manufacturing system impacts.
• Create detailed specifications for development teams to follow.
• Support customization on top of original software using web and UI development practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience programming in .NET and C#.
• Proven experience developing within Siemens Opcenter Execution Designer and Portal.
• Strong hands-on experience with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing IT environment.
• Proficiency with source code management systems, specifically Git and GitLab.
• Experience with front-end development using Angular and Javascript.
• Understanding of ERP, MES, and shop floor controls integration.
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Systems Management, or IT-related field.
