Description

Develop and integrate firmware for AR glasses hardware, owning the full software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write production-quality, fail-safe firmware for low-power real-time system control.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve hardware-software conflicts.
• Mentor team members by providing technical support and constructive performance feedback.
• Work directly with physical hardware to develop and test embedded code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software, firmware integration, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Strong proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with peripherals including USB, SPI, MIPI CSI/DSI, I2C, UART, and GPIO.
• Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex M0/M3/M4 micro-controllers.
• Understanding of boot mechanisms, interrupt priorities, and peripheral configuration.
• Ability to manage individual project timelines and work independently.
• Strong technical communication skills for functional specification authoring and system analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Background in consumer electronics.
• Experience with wireless and wired protocols including TCP/IP, Ethernet, Bluetooth, and 802.11.
